I found the staff extremely attentive and honest,I was very pleased as even the bank manager helped me switch my accounts over from the halifax,which actually saved me alot of money. Nothing seemed to be an issue and they genuinely seemed to care.

Updated. Still great staff but the size of the bank limits the services available. I am not hugely happy with how their mortgage process is managed and would have looked elsewhere if I had the chance again.

Found the staff here to be really friendly and helpful despite not having a bank account with them.

My husband has not been well and he needed help with lots of issues such as a new debit card, setting up online banking and a security issue not of HSBC's fault and the member of staff at the Eastbourne branch was so understanding and helpful. Everything is sorted out and works great. Thanks.

HSBC is a great bank who is one of the first to be part of scemes such as Apple and Android pay. The card is really modern and stylish compared to most other banks.

Staff are so helpful at this branch try to keep you up to date with any improved accounts.

After breaking my ankle in January this year, I was transferred from DGH to Conquest Hospital and sadly my dentures were lost at this point. Trinity Dental Practice, whilst not accepting new NHS patients where only to happy to help. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and my new dentures........they are a better fit than my old ones!!!!! Thank you all so much! :-)

I have only been a patient here for a few years, as changed from my old dentist, who I wasn’t happy with, on recommendation. West Terrace must be doing something right as I travel from SE London twice a year for check ups and to see the hygienist! Always welcomed with a smile from the very pleasant receptionists, the practice is clean and tidy and not too clinical! I have seen 3 dentists out of the 4 (due appointment logistics) and all have been attentive and gentle, the hygienists are also full of great advice to help maintain healthy teeth in between appointments.

A bright, modern, well equipped practice with extremely helpful and professional staff. We have been at the practice for almost 20 years. I have recommended them to many colleagues and friends. I have undergone a number of procedures, crowns, root canal treatment and implants. They have excellent colleagues in specialist fields, very reassuring. Hygienists excellent, an all round excellent service. Lucky us. Thank you West Terrace.

This was my first visit to a dentist in Eastbourne and i found the entire experience fantastic! The very nice Lady on the front desk, Dannielle, was very friendly and professional and made me feel very welcome from the moment i booked the appointment. when i came in for my appointment i was greeted with a warm smile and again made feel so welcome. I went in for a check up as it has been a few years since i was at a dentist, but i needed a filling done. The dentist was brilliant, and i did not feel a thing while he was working on me. i was very happy with the cost of the treatment also. i am looking forward to my follow up in January and will be recommending the practice to my friends.

I have always been scared of the dentist. And after an even worse experience where the dentist wouldn't do anything about my decaying teeth that wheee falling apart! (I always got the answer "I am waiting for your federal to go to the sedation clinic") I had given up. I did find this place by pure luck (yes luck!), I had a toothache for over a month, and called the emergency dentist in eastbourne. I couldn't make the trip out there due to being disabled. The nice lady did give me the number here. I got an appointment pretty fast. I was so scared and stressed! But when I got there I was greeted by a wonderful lady at the reception. And got seen by a very nice dentist (first time I haven't been in more pain when I left!). Today I am SO happy and great full that I did go! I have a new white wonderful smile! A new confident and a new trust in dentists! Thank you so much to every one at the branch here in Eastbourne! You are a wonderful team!

Excellent practice

Great service for multiple surgeries and post-surgery care. However, every single time I call the MRI department I am dealt with by the same receptionist who is rude and abrupt, before being cut short on the call. I then have to call back on the main number and waste another staff members time. 4 times now.

I had a consultation with a Dr A J Pool at the BMI Esperance in Eastbourne in May17 and after 6 months of physio. Dr Pool was able to review an MRI I had done and give me an injection into my hip which whilst painful for two days afterwards left me able to walk and do chores normally after more or less being incapable of doing anything for six months. I had a follow-up a few weeks later and all was good. More than six months on all still good. Great hospital and great service. I look forward to using them again if needed.

I am so impressed with service and professional staff. We came on holiday to Eastbourne and my son broke his head. I called 111 and got an appointment to hospital within hour. When we got to the hospital we been seen doctor straight away. In an hour we been checked and treated and discharged. No waiting hours. Thanks to all who helped us in that difficult situation.

Recently had surgery here, Doctor, anaesthetist, all nurses and ward sister were outstanding. Despite a 3 hour delay for the procedure staff made the wait as relaxing as possible as it was my first op. :)

I have had the pleasure of visiting this department for 3 weeks and am grateful that I am still alive. Having been through a traumatic event the staff were very helpful and the food was good enough. Thanks for the ability to sleep and the free TV service.

Staff are fantastic always polite and helpful. From the guy on the gate to the staff on site ready to help you with heavy loads and assist you. The site is kept clean and tidy and staff are constantly clearing up. The shop is great selling stuff at really reasonable prices.

Courteous, helpful and I don't see then sitting down or drinking tea. Strung out line of skips but they can't help that. They do a good job IMO

A well laid out store with good offers. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I was struggling to remember my printer model for replacement ink cartridges and the staff member was able to help me identify my printer and even went and brought my ink for me.

Staff are very good I was just browsing and member of staff asked if they could help. Told me of various offers. Gave advice on best deals. Good range of products although most can be purchased cheaper.

The best Italian food I’ve eaten in Eastbourne. The staff where very polite and attentive. Great pizza and a truly Italian, family run feel to the restaurant. Very surprised by this place and will definitely be returning!

I attended for Saturday lunch. Beautiful dining room, great service and really good food. It was the first time I'd been, I had chicken breast which I find is a good test for restaurants. It was succulent, juicy and tasty. I had an amazing roasted beetroot starter and a caramelised banana dessert. It's expensive for the area, but for a top quality restaurant I'd say it's completely reasonably compared to similar quality restaurants. Will definitely be going again.

We had a lovely relaxing evening at the Mirabelle. The food was okay /good but not amazing. A little way to go before it gets a Michelin star. On that note I will say that the pricing is a tad pretentious and expensive for what it was. The wine list was good and extensive with some great wines but again mark up on lower priced wines was excessive. The service was amazing, as was the relaxed and exclusive atmosphere in the place, however it was not busy when we were there. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the service we had, it was wonderful but to be honest, the food could have been better, given the price. The wine we had was good but £53 a bottle was about £15 overpriced. I think that this is a marvelous and quite classy restaurant, perhaps given more to the taste of an older clientele but lovely nevertheless. However it does price itself a little too high for the quality of the food. You can have a wonderful set 3 course meal at Le Gavroche in London - 3 Michelin Stars and London prices for about the same price as we paid for the same at the Mirabelle. Set 3 course dinner for 2 with wine, coffee and petit four cost us about £186. Nice, but not nice enough for the money. Mirabelle, don't pretend to be what you are not. Bring your prices down, and the quality of your food up and you will be absolutely fabulous. As my school report card always said, "could do better..."

A very nice compact family restaurant, good food. Authentic Turkish meals served with lots of love . Very good helpings , you would need to be very hungry to do justice to their meals as an.individual. Best way to enjoy this place is to go.as a group or a family for a full dinner. The various selection of bites and.flavours are quite enticing. Very much.worth a try. Highly recommended.

One of the best Turkish food in town. Quality Is very good. The owner,his son and nephew are the very reason of this amazing friendly atmosphere. Grilled stuff cooked infront of your eyes and fresh bread from oven... Definitely a lot of honest effort to please guests. Will recommend there special as we tried that.

Lovely setting with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Both my daughters have been so happy at Poohs and wonderfully prepared for school.

It's very hard to find the right nursery, this one was by far the best I have seen! All the staff are absolutely amazing my son loves it! Booked in my second child this year!

Fantastic family school with great opportunities for all children in a nurturing environment. Everything is on site, the staff are great, really supportive and enthusiastic. I couldn't ask for a better place for my 3 children to thrive in learning and extra curricular activities. Would definitely recommend.

Nice atmosphere and a great variety of activities optional for the children to partake in. The school is co-ed and accepts children from 2 weeks (from the nursery) to sixth form (at the senior school). This is also great for foreign students as it include boarding and language development help. This school mainly focuses on the Cristian religion but any religion is welcome to sit out of Cristian worships. Extras include after school clubs, early morning swim, school transport and many other co-curricular activities.

Beautiful building. Kids are very sweet. Staff very helpful.

My son attended Eastbourne College it's a warm and traditional school. As a parent it's welcoming too.
